- We begin all of our projects with design consultation which results in a detailed fixed price proposal where all features, time frames and outcomes are contracted for in advance
- Once chosen, we permit jobs as required and then move to tearing out areas in scope that are to be replaced
- Then on to re-building the necessary features such as bath shower and tub enclosures, new kitchen designs, changed or new walls, new space as in a new addition or all these combined
- We progress to replace or augment plumbing, HVAC and electrical infrastructure as needed
- We advance purchase any long lead items such as cabinets as well as all the fixtures that are to be installed and counter tops
- While these items are on the way we install the finish out items such as tile, wood trim, paint and texture and once completed we’ll finish with installation of all those items that have arrived
- We wrap up having the customer complete a detailed Punch List of any items that need to be tweaked and tuned resulting in an outcome that exceeds the original plan in most cases yet never exceeds the price(unless you made changes outside the original proposal/contract)
